Vijaya Nirvana is an adept Yoga Therapist with 11 years of experience, holding a degree in Yoga & Spirituality from S-VYASA University and a Master’s in Yoga Therapy from Manipal University.
With a unique foundation in the Gurukula system of eduction from Maithreyee Gurukulam, her primary and secondary education immersed her in Veda Mantras, Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita and yoga studies, fostering a deep affinity for Indian culture and tradition.

The Yoga Sādhanā online yoga batch is not suitable for individuals with severe physical limitations or medical conditions that may restrict their ability to engage in physical activities.

Serious Health Issues
People with the history of recent injuries & surgeries OR suffering from ANY serious health conditions that require personal care OR under medication are recommended to proceed ONLY AFTER consulting their physician.

Age restriction
If you are above the age of 50-55yrs (trying movement-routines for the 1st time!) OR below the age of 15yrs, then the practice modules of these online yoga classes might not be suitable for you.

Pregnant & breastfeeding mothers (for up to 6 months)
The modules of these online yoga classes are NOT suitable for you if you are a pregnant. A breastfeeding mother can attend after 6-8 months of delivery. However we strongly recommend you to consult your doctor before proceeding.
Frequently Asked Questions
I have never practiced yoga. Can I still join?
Definitely ! All the practice modules will be beginner friendly and we also provide modifications for each Asana wherever is required, which will make it even more easier for you to follow along.
How can I catch up on missed lessons?
Missed lessons can be revisited through recordings provided after each session which will be available for 15 days. Participants can review the content at their own pace and catch up on any missed sessions.
Is there an opportunity to interact with Vijaya Nirvana and ask questions?
Yes, most of your queries will be addressed at the end of every live session as-well as in the nirvana community app.
I am a women, Can I attend during periods?
During your periods, we recommend not joining our regular sessions. Instead, we provide a separate set of practices specially designed for Menstrual cycle . You can access them from our Nirvana App and practice.
